DoD RFID compliance - We simplify your DoD RFID compliance.

1. Passive Tag Specifications and Requirements

Passive UHF RFID Tag Specifications

Passive UHF RFID Tag Data Structure Requirements – SUPPLIERS SHIPPING TO DoD – EPCglobal™ Subscribers using an EPCglobal™ tag data construct

Passive UHF RFID Tag Data Structure Requirements – SUPPLIERS SHIPPING TO DoD – non-EPCglobal™ Subscribers using the DoD tag data construct

Passive UHF RFID Tag Data Structure Requirements – DoD RECEIVING POINTS SHIPPING ITEMS DOWN THE SUPPLY CHAIN TO DoD CUSTOMERS

2. Advance Shipment Notice

The Advance Shipment Notice/Receiving Report transaction set is used to list the contents of a shipment of goods as well as additional information relating to the shipment, such as order information, product description, physical characteristics, type of packaging, marking, carrier information, and configuration of goods within the transportation equipment. The transaction set enables the sender to describe the contents and configuration of a shipment in various levels of detail and provides an ordered flexibility to convey information. The sender of this transaction is the organization responsible for detailing and communicating the contents of a shipment, or shipments, to one or more receivers of the transaction set.

***Please note the following documents are draft versions of the WAWF Implementation Guides. The draft guides can be used to assist DoD suppliers
when designing their ASN solution. The final implementation guides will
not be published until WAWF testing is complete. It is anticipated that the final implementation guides will not change significantly from these versions, however, all solutions based on these drafts need to be flexible enough to accommodate changes.

When the final versions of the WAWF Implementation Guides are available, they will be published on this site.
